Bullseye Welcomes New Web Developer

Bullseye Media recently gained a new team member who brings a lot of hard work and talent every day of the week. Veronica Ho, Junior Web Developer, answered a few questions for us so we could learn how she became the gifted web developer that she is today!

Where are you from?

Hong Kong. I’ve been here since 2010 and came to the U of M for college.

Where did you go to school and how did you develop an interest in web development and design?

I am currently getting my Master’s degree in Software Engineering at the University of St. Thomas, experimenting with web technologies on my own. At the U, I was a photo/video journalism major. I like the design aspect, so I can integrate my passion for visual media with coding and do some pretty cool things with it.

What have you been working on so far at Bullseye?

Design and develop landing pages for different clients and creating mock-ups and turning them into webpages.

What are some of your goals for your time here at Bullseye?

I want to develop my skills as a web developer and be more creative in web design.

What are some of your interests/hobbies?

I enjoy playing guitar, reading, taking photos, and learning any random trivia.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

I taught myself video editing in high school when I was creating a short film based on Romeo and Juliet for a group project.
