Digital Advertising Specialist

Bullseye Media in a Minneapolis based creative media agency that specializes in video production, web development, creative campaigns, branding and animation.

Bullseye Media is seeking an experienced, personable, organized, and hungry SEO and Digital Ad Specialist to lead and work with multiple clients on their quarterly SEO and paid digital ad campaigns.

The ideal Digital Ad Specialist is a true leader in the digital space working closely with the creative team to plan, manage, design and execute critical SEO and digital ad tasks. This individual knows and lives by the power of details and drives results through creativity and innovation. They are skilled in analytics and always goes above and beyond to not only report campaign results, but use the insights to improve future campaigns.

Position Requirements

  • Manage multiple Google Adwords, SEO initiatives and paid social media campaigns on a daily basis
  • Incredibly organized and well versed in current technology, SEO strategy and all forms of digital advertising
  • Strong collaborator that thrives working in creative teams
  • Absorbs client’s business, direction, nomenclature and vision to execute on SEO and paid digital tasks
  • Works with company leadership as well as creative team
  • Open-minded with a thirst to always learn new skills and strategy

Skills and Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, media or equivalent experience
  • Able to work independently and creatively to problem solve
  • Extremely detailed-oriented and organized
  • A+ written communication skills
  • Value-add to Bullseye’s work culture
  • Strong memory and note taking skills
  • Rational and objective insight into client’s target market that is reflected in their digital campaigns
  • Knowledgeable and well-versed in Microsoft Office, Google Products, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify and TikTok
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Adwords, Analytics, Keyword Planner and relevant SEO tools
  • Skilled in creating, booking, monitoring, managing and reporting on digital ad campaigns through Google and social media platforms
  • Must be located in Twin Cities or surrounding area

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of thorough Google Adwords experience running multiple campaigns (for a variety of clients) though PPC, video, display, shopping and other advertising (required)
  • 3-5+ years of thorough Google Analytics and Search Console experience (required)
  • 3+ years of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn ad creation, booking, monitoring, managing, and reporting through Ads Manager (required)
  • 3+ years of Google Keyword Planner (required)
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on SEO implementation experience (required)
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in digital ad creation (PPC, display, video, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience reporting analytics and results from digital campaigns (required)
  • 3+ years experience working in and building custom reports in Google Data Studio

*You will occasionally be required to work past 5pm based on workload, but never past 6pm.
