For their 30th anniversary, C&B Operations wanted to announce their rebrand. We traveled to 4 states and conducted 32 interviews of employees and customers in order to share their story of “growth the right way”. As C&B Operations has acquired more John Deere dealerships across the US, their values have remained the same. We saw this first hand and have since created additional marketing videos for the company.


With footage from the anniversary shoot, we created a series of company culture videos. The CEO, employees, and customers of C&B Operations were featured in videos on the company’s growth, values, and customer service.

10 days before a big company event, we decided that we wanted a 30th year anniversary video to kick it off. As we were thinking through the details, we became extremely nervous that we could find a company that would film in four states and produce a high-quality video in that extremely short timeline.
